Happy Tuesday! I know my blogging—and my reading—has taken a bit of a backseat lately, partly because of wedding planning and house buying, and partly because of something new I’m starting! My fiancé Bryce and I have started a new gluten-free bakery business, and I just couldn’t wait to announce it to you! For now, we are taking local orders through Facebook or over the phone, and we will be at the Lexington Market at Icehouse over the next few weekends, but we are hoping to have a website up soon! So keep your eyes out for more news about that soon!
Now let’s get to this list! This week’s Top Ten Tuesday topic is all about books we have enjoyed that are outside of our comfort zone, but I honestly don’t know if I would have much to add to that list, partly because I don’t necessarily often read books that are different from what I’m used to and partly because I don’t often think about books in that light. So I’ve decided to do a list I’ve been meaning to make for a while, a list full of books I wanted to read last year but never really got a chance to. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to read them soon!
The Lacemaker by Laura Franz
The Lacemaker is a stand-alone novel.
The Lost Castle by Kristy Cambron
